Clinic Admin Director

Job Summary

We are looking for a top performing admin director in the Med Spa industry who has the level of skill to deliver a high ticket patient care experience at the front desk. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Admin Director. This is a great opportunity for someone with a high level of passion for Cosmetic Surgery and Med Spa Procedures, and wants to learn from the best, and maintain a work life balance. ```Responsibilities```

- Greet patients upon arrival by standing up, smiling, and welcoming them to our business by first name. First impresion of our business is YOU!

- Check patients in and out of scheduled visits, ensuring accuracy of information is on schedule for providers, and timely completion of all required paperwork

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and any concerns promptly and professionally, documenting everything needed

- Crucial to have the skill to make patients feel welcomed and cared for at all times

- Process payments and maintain accurate records of patient accounts

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Ensure success of continued reviews coming in, referrals sent to build data base, and hand written thank you cards mailed daily

```Qualifications```

- Previous experience in Plastic/Cosmetic/Dental Surgery/Med Spa/Weight Loss in Guest Services is a must, minumum of 5 years experience is preferred

- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and customer service best practices

- Passion to grow the business in marketing aspects

- Past experience with digitial marketing, email marketing, and Canva is important for role

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
