Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory if communication skills are excellent)
- Fluent in English and Urdu (spoken & written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented (for handling bookings, inventory, patient records)
- Tech-savvy (comfortable using clinic management software, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, etc.)
- Ability to handle cash, invoices, and appointment scheduling
Personal Traits:
- Punctual and reliable
- Polite but assertive when needed (especially for time management of appointments)
- Positive, bubbly personality that matches the Skin Haven vibe
- Discreet and confidential—must respect client privacy
Experience:
- 1–2 years of receptionist/admin work in clinics, salons, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Fresh candidates with strong personality and willingness to learn can also be considered
General Expectations for the Role:
- Maintain a neat, clean appearance (professional grooming is a must)
- Team player—should work well with doctors, other staff, and management
