JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Increase donor footfall through effective coordination and collaboration with Travel Facilitators, donors, internal donor coordinators, MRD teams, and doctors on a day-to-day basis.
- Handle all donors and Travel Facilitators with professionalism, ensuring discipline, confidentiality, and a positive experience at all times.
- Accurately document donor information during onboarding in line with compliance standards and SOPs.
- Process and forward complete donor files to the Head Office for payment approval in a timely manner post pickup.
- Manage donor transfers to other centers as required.
- Share daily donor reports and updates with the Head Office.
PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations or Healthcare-related roles.
- Exposure to donor coordination or clinical operations will be an added advantage.
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
- Prior experience in a relevant operational role, ideally within clinical/healthcare operations.
- Ability to creatively identify, engage, and build relationships with Travel Facilitators.
- Strong collaboration skills for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES
- Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making skills.
- Polite, patient, and capable of managing crisis situations when required.
QUALIFICATION
- Postgraduate Degree in Management / MBA (Marketing preferred).
- Graduate degree in Science is preferred.
