At My LA Braces, we are a single-location, single-doctor orthodontic office with over 60 years of history in our community. We are known for being organized, fast-paced, family-focused, and patient-centered. Our clinical team currently consists of five team members, and we are seeking a Clinical Supervisor who can elevate performance, consistency, and culture while remaining actively involved in patient care.

This is a working leadership role — you will both guide the clinical team and remain hands-on in treatment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example while actively assisting in patient care
• Set and enforce clinical standards and protocols with doctor’s guidance
• Train, coach, and develop clinical staff
• Manage clinical flow, coordination, and daily team performance
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and team development
• Maintain licensing, certifications, and CPR compliance
• Oversee asepsis, sterilization, and operatory standards
• Act as the primary clinical liaison between doctor and staff
• Handle conflict resolution with staff or patients professionally
• Support patients and parents with treatment plan questions and communication
• Monitor long-term patient follow-up and engagement

Qualifications

• Previous orthodontic or dental leadership experience and OAP required.
• A minimum of 4 years of orthodontic assisting experience and/or 2 years in leadership role
• Strong chairside clinical skills
• Current CPR and required licenses/certifications (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Comfort leading, training, and holding team members accountable
• Excellent communication skills with team, patients, and doctor
• Spanish or Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is based on experience and leadership background, with performance-based growth opportunities. Full benefit package offered.

Pay Range: $30-35/hour (based on experience and Orthodontic Assistant Level 1–4)

Schedule

• Tuesday – Thursday: 8:20 AM – 5:20 PM
• Friday: 7:50 AM – 4:50 PM
• Saturday: 7:50 AM – 3:00 PM (2 Saturdays per month)
