Overview:
Join Our Quality Improvement Team as a Clinical Data Analyst (RN)

Help drive excellence in patient care through data accuracy and insight. In this part-time role (.60 FTE, 24 hours/week), you’ll collect and report clinical data to national registries, ensuring precise and reliable submissions. You’ll serve as a resource for registry-related data needs, interpret benchmark reports, and provide feedback to support quality initiatives. Working primarily with the STS and ACC databases, you’ll collaborate on multidisciplinary improvement projects and contribute to practice changes that enhance outcomes.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, flexible hours with hybrid options (can be mostly remote)

Responsibilities:
Collects and reports clinical data to national registries ensuring accuracy and reliability of submission. Serves as a resource on clinical data needs related to registry participation. Provides feedback and interpretation of registry reports/benchmarks. Participates in multidisciplinary improvement initiatives by providing information to support the rationale for practice changes. The position will primarily be working in the STS and ACC database.
Qualifications:
Licensed as a registered nurse. Minimum of three (3) years work experience in data collection, analysis and reporting. Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
