Clinical Governance Executive - Nursing

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Executive to join our Central Governance Team. The role involves supporting quality initiatives, monitoring clinical care standards, conducting audits, and ensuring patient safety across hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical quality indicators and track non-compliance.
• Conduct daily surveillance on patient safety, infection control & medication management.
• Prepare daily/monthly/quarterly quality reports and support action plans.
• Assist in quality improvement projects and present findings in review meetings.
• Conduct and coordinate quality trainings for employees.
• Support K-IQUA internal audits, 5S activities, Kaizen & process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical, paramedical, and operational teams for quality excellence.
• Maintain documentation as per accreditation norms and quality calendar.

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of clinical practices and patient safety
• Strong analytical & reporting skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced hospital quality environment
