We’re expanding fast and looking for a Cold Call Sales Closer — someone who can sell water to a fish and turn “no” into “tell me more.”

What You’ll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to potential study participants and physician offices
• Confidently pitch clinical trial opportunities — turning interest into booked appointments
• Follow up with warm and cold leads to close the conversation
• Keep detailed call notes and meet daily/weekly conversion goals
• Represent 3Sync Research with professionalism and enthusiasm on every call

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, cold calling, or phone-based recruiting
• Fearless communicator — persuasive, confident, and quick on your feet
• Results-driven with a strong closer’s mentality
• Self-motivated and hungry for success — no hand-holding here
• Entry-level go-getters welcome if you have raw talent and drive
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a huge plus
