Closing Manager - Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Closing Manager to join our real estate team. The role requires end-to-end responsibility for managing the property deal closure process while ensuring a seamless customer experience. The Closing Manager will handle client interactions post-sales, coordinate with internal departments (Legal, CRM, Finance, and Sales), and ensure timely documentation, agreement execution, and payment collection as per company policies. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, addressing queries related to agreements, registrations, and handovers, and ensuring compliance with all statutory and legal requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of real estate transactions, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Prior experience in handling deal closures, agreements, RERA documentation, and customer relationship management is essential. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and attention to detail is a must.
