Closing Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal/Escrow Officer to help with client communication and legal document preparation for real estate closings. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a good working knowledge of North Carolina legal documents, and the ability to multitask effectively. We're looking for an enthusiastic team player who is comfortable juggling multiple files and who will work well both independently and in a group setting. We utilize Qualia software. This is not a job for a processor, mortgage loan officer, real estate agent, or legal assistant. This requires an understanding of balancing files, title work, and real estate closings. Experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Balancing files with Lenders.
• Ordering Payoffs.
• Preparing deeds and seller documents
• Preparing Final Title Commitments
• Communicate with clients by phone and email.
• Be customer service oriented
• Spanish is a plus
