Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email and chat addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to Software.
• Conduct training sessions and demonstrations for clients, showcasing the features and functionalities of Software.
• Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
• Assist in the creation of support documentation, tutorials, and knowledge base articles.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting software and financial management.
  
  

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, ACCA Qualified /Part Qualified, CA Inter.

Experience : 2+ years of experience in same field.
