Job Description:

ProArch is seeking a Cloud Sales Executive, you will take ownership of the sales cycle for small to mid-sized accounts, driving revenue growth through effective lead generation, opportunity qualification, and deal closure for cloud solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with SMB clients to drive cloud service adoption.
  • Achieve sales targets by managing end-to-end sales processes.
  • Conduct product demos and present business benefits to customers.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for solution proposals and proof of concepts.
  • Maintain detailed records of opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts in CRM tools.
  • Participate in trade shows, webinars, and marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers for cloud services.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and propose cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Consultative Approach: Educate customers on benefits like scalability, cost optimization, and security.
  • Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell additional services.
  • Collaboration: Work with technical architects and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve revenue goals and manage pipeline effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years in cloud or IT services sales with consistent target achievement.
  • Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud & basic ROI modeling
  • Sales Expertise: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Technical Understanding: Ability to explain cloud concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of industry trends and customer pain points.
  • Skills: Negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field.
  • Certifications: Cloud provider certifications preferred (e.g., AWS CCP, Azure Fundamentals).
