Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Assistant Director Revenue to join our team in Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies across a cluster of properties to maximize profitability and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute revenue management strategies to optimize revenue and profitability across multiple properties
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and historical data to forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue goals and strategies
- Lead and mentor a team of revenue managers, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets
- Generate and present comprehensive revenue reports and analyses to senior management
- Identify new revenue opportunities and implement innovative strategies to capitalize on market trends
- Ensure the effective use of revenue management systems and tools across the cluster
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in revenue performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property general managers and corporate leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with experience managing and developing teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Proficiency in revenue management systems and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry trends, market dynamics, and revenue optimization strategies
- Experience with yield management and pricing strategies in a competitive market
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Revenue Management certification is preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Umluj, Saudi Arabia, and adapt to the local business environment
