strong>As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:/strong>

  • Develop and execute revenue strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and profitability across the cluster.
  • Oversee both strong>Revenue Management and Reservations,/strong> ensuring alignment in strategy, execution, and service delivery.
  • Lead the reservations team to provide efficient, accurate, and guest-focused booking services consistent with five-star standards.
  • Optimize pricing, distribution channels, and inventory management across direct and third-party booking platforms.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and demand patterns to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and detailed performance reports for the Cluster DOSM and senior leadership.
  • Chair regular cluster revenue meetings and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, data integrity, and system accuracy across RMS, PMS, CRS, and channel managers.
  • Train, mentor, and develop revenue and reservations team members, fostering a high-performance culture across both properties.
  • Build and implement strong>pre-opening revenue and reservations processes/strong>, systems, and structures for the new upcoming property.
