We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative CMS & Content Manager to join our team. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day content updates across our B2C and B2B digital platforms, ensuring our websites, booking portals, and other online channels remain accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.

The ideal candidate brings strong CMS expertise and a background in digital communications, combining technical precision with storytelling skills. This person will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver timely and high-quality content updates.


Job Scope:


  • Create, upload, and maintain content across websites, portals, and digital touchpoints, including banners, landing pages, and newsletters.
  • Review and edit copy to ensure brand voice, formatting, and tone consistency.
  • Manage and update seasonal campaigns, offers, and promotions.
  • Select, optimize, and upload images, videos, and graphics that reflect brand quality.
  • Configure and update product details such as titles, descriptions, pricing, and inclusions.
  • Ensure product accuracy, correct tagging, and categorization across platforms.
  • Perform regular content quality checks and housekeeping updates.
  • Support marketing and SEO teams by implementing optimized, search-friendly content.
  • Coordinate updates to digital catalogues, kiosks, and online product displays.
  • Ensure content consistency across all digital channels and promotional materials.


The Ideal Candidate Should Have:


  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Strapi, or similar platforms.
  • A strong background in public relations, brand communications, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce operations and product catalogue management.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and digital content optimization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when managing product data, pricing, and promotions.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

Tools & Collaboration

  • CMS platforms such as website, booking portal, or kiosk back-end systems.
  • Google Sheets or Excel for managing product and pricing updates.
  • Basic design tools, such as Canva or Photosho,p for quick content optimization.
  • Collaboration with Marketing, Product, and IT teams, as well as external agencies.
