Job Title: CNC Operator & Designer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and hands-on CNC Operator and Designer to join our metal fabrication workshop. The ideal candidate should be able to design parts using Fusion 360 or SolidWorks, and operate both Bodor CNC Laser Cutting and Ragos CNC Press Brake machines to produce accurate and high-quality metal products with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create technical drawings and 3D models using Fusion 360 or SolidWorks.
• Prepare DXF files and load them into the Bodor laser cutting machine.
• Set up laser parameters (power, speed, air pressure) according to material type and thickness.
• Operate the Ragos CNC press brake, select the right dies, and program bending sequences.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure precision and correct dimensions.
• Inspect and verify finished parts meet design and quality standards.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the workstation clean.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to improve processes and product quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC laser and press brake machines.
• Strong skills in Fusion 360 or SolidWorks.
• Good understanding of different metals, sheet thicknesses, and fabrication processes.
• Fluent in English (speaking and reading).
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
