CNC Manufacturing Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our CNC machining and precision manufacturing company in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our CNC machining services to industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers in engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, automotive, and related industries.
• Conduct field visits, cold calls, and online research to generate qualified leads.
• Market CNC machining, fabrication, and custom engineering components to industries.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the production team.
• Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders.
• Maintain strong follow-up and track all leads in an organized manner.
• Build long-term profitable relationships with customers.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular reports and market feedback to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in industrial marketing or manufacturing sales (CNC industry preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel within Ahmedabad and nearby industrial areas.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and machining processes (added advantage).
• Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented personality.
• Education: Diploma / BE Mechanical / MBA Marketing preferred (not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,236.67 - ₹35,000.00 per month
