CNC Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator capable of working independently with proven, measurable experience in operating and maintaining CNC machinery. The ideal candidate should be able to set up machines, interpret technical drawings, monitor production quality, and meet output targets with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines (e.g., CNC lathe, CNC milling, VMC) independently according to production requirements.
• Perform machine setup, tool changes, offsets, and adjustments without assistance.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders accurately.
• Conduct regular quality checks using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, height gauge).
• Maintain production logs, machine parameters, tool life data, and output records.
• Identify and troubleshoot machining issues to reduce downtime.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and 5S standards.
• Maintain machines through regular cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of independent CNC operating experience (e.g., 2–5+ years).
• Hands-on experience with CNC programming basics (G-code/M-code modification preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet daily/weekly production targets with measurable performance.
• Skilled in using precision measurement instruments and quality inspection tools.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, cutting parameters, tool selection, and materials.
• Ability to work independently and make technically sound decisions on the shop floor.
