About the Role:

Prepac Engineering is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. You will

be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC machine programs to produce high-quality parts efficiently

and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and edit CNC programs for milling, turning, and other machining operations.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

- Select tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining.

- Work closely with machinists to ensure proper setup and smooth operation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve programming or machining issues.

- Maintain program records and documentation.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of CNC programming experience.

- Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360).

- Understanding of G-code, M-code, and machining processes.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
