CNC Router Machine Operator

Job Overview

We are hiring a skilled and dedicated CNC Machine Operator to operate and maintain our Aima machinery, including fiber laser machines, CNC routers, and related equipment. The ideal candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a production environment. Freshers who are willing to learn are also encouraged to apply—training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and laser cutting machines safely and efficiently
• Load materials such as metal sheets, acrylic, PVC, etc.
• Monitor the cutting process and ensure high-quality output
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine
• Read and understand design files (DXF, AI, PDF, etc.)
• Adjust machine settings to achieve required precision
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues (with support from technical team)
• Maintain production logs, job reports, and daily activity records
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced operators both can apply
• Basic understanding of CNC or laser machines (preferred, not required)
• Ability to learn operating software and machine controls
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Physically fit to handle materials and machine tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined

Education

• Minimum: Matric / Intermediate
• Technical diploma or CNC certification is a plus

Job Timings

• Full-time
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Location

• Abid Market Queen's Center, Lahore.
