Co-Counsel Attorney (Remote, Contingency-Based)

About the Role:
You will act as Co-Counsel on PI and Lemon Law matters, supported by a strong marketing, intake, and case-management team. We handle all administrative, staffing, and case-acquisition functions so you can focus on legal oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Co-Counsel Attorney of Record on PI and Lemon Law cases.
• Review and sign retainers/fee agreements, demands, settlement documents, arbitration filings (for Lemon Law), and other legal work.
• Ensure all cases remain compliant with the rules of the state(s) where you’re licensed.
• Communicate with adjusters, opposing counsel, clients, and support staff.
• Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure ethical, compliant workflows nationwide.

Requirements:

• Active bar license in at least one U.S. state.
• Experience in Personal Injury or Lemon Law is a strong plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and fast response times.
• Comfortable in a high-volume, remote environment.
• Must be independent or have your own firm (to avoid employer conflicts).

Compensation:
This is a fee-share Co-Counsel structure, paid as a percentage of attorney fees collected upon successful settlement or resolution.

Pay: $40,877.28 - $63,314.58 per year
