Job Description:

Managing the contractual and commercial relationship with our distributors within the assigned region, with the main purpose to drive Sales and generate Customer acquisition & retention.

Create a network of key accounts in business to business market channel.

Developing the coffee service system business through new and existing key accounts, wholesalers, vending operators, distributors and sub-distributors.

Reach sales objectives with focus on coffee service solutions and coffee to go consept in assigned region.

Build new B2B distributors -if necessary- and manage the relationship with existing distributors in the region.

Ensure Coffee Service (CS) strategies for the B2B customer segment are shared and understood by the distributors.

Define and negotiate yearly targets of the distributors that support customer acquisition, ensure sales objectives are met.

Drive the implementation of the operational Marketing & Sales plan, HQ dedicated programs, product launches.

Monitor the distributors and support their development by sharing markets and customers insights, training and coaching them on the field, recommending potential changes on a strategic and/or operational level, providing them with any information or support needed.

Develop network of Key Accounts in all major cities. Develop action plan for KA.

Develop large KA and user business in cooperation with distributor.

Reach monthly, quarterly, and annually targets set by the manager in line.

Assure the accomplishment of the financial results according to the plan.

Propose recommendations and action plans for development of the market channel.

Find new customers and distributors, send proposal for investments according to the volumes/ NSV for each one.

Training on Tchibo Coffee Service products and equipment’s for the sales agents of the distributors and presentations to customers

Set up monthly and quarterly objectives for the KA. Prepare the monthly report about KA.

Set up sales meetings on a weekly and monthly basis with KA.

Training and coaching with sales agents of distributors on the field (to customers).

Check competitors’ approach to market and inform manager in line about the development of new products, machines, or services.
Qualifications:

Preferably good skills in English (writing / reading and speaking)

Bachelor’s degree

Min 3 years experience in a similar position
-
Working with distributors, food products / coffee in B2B;
-
Coffee machines sales experience (WMF , Franke, Saeco, Necta & Wittenborg, Rhea Vendors) or coffee complementary equipment’s (grinders, blenders)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Driving license
-
No obstacle to travel as travel will play an important role.
