Cold Caller

We are looking for a highly motivated cold-calling representative to join our sales team for the night shift. This role involves contacting potential leads, generating interest in our services, and setting up appointments for the sales team. You will be vital in increasing our customer base and closing sales.

The perfect candidate will have strong communication skills and a positive attitude, with the ability to handle high call volumes and rejections while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our services.
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Set up meetings or sales appointments for senior sales representatives.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and leads in our CRM.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls and lead generation.
• Follow up with potential clients through emails or calls to nurture leads.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation efforts.

Requirements:

• O and A Level qualification required.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) will be preferred.
• Proven experience in cold calling, preferably for accounting industries.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejections positively and remain motivated.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work the night shift from 7 PM to 4 AM.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results.

Salary: 80k - 100k

Shift: 7PM - 4AM (Night Shift)

Location: Phase 3, DHA Lahore.
