Position: Junior International Sales – Cold Calling Specialist

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 9, Karachi (On-site)
Employment: Full-Time
Compensation: PKR 30,000 – 50,000 (depending on experience) + uncapped commissions

Role Overview

Renexus Resource Group is hiring energetic, confident communicators to support our international sales acquisition function. This position is ideal for individuals who want to grow into global sales careers, strengthen their communication style, and benefit directly from performance-based earnings.

You will be responsible for initiating contact with international prospects, introducing our solutions, and contributing to pipeline development across multiple markets.

Core Duties

• Make structured outbound calls to international prospects
• Introduce services clearly, persuasively and professionally
• Generate qualified leads and schedule product discussions for the senior team
• Update CRM records accurately and maintain follow-up discipline
• Work towards weekly and monthly KPIs with consistency

Who We Want

We’re looking for individuals who are persistent, confident, and motivated to grow into high-performance sales roles.

• Experience: 0–1 year in cold calling / B2B telesales / lead generation (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Communication: Excellent English speaking & writing skills
• Mindset: Target-driven, persuasive, self-managed
• Learning Curve: Quick learner with adaptability in a fast-paced workspace
• Tech: Prior CRM exposure is a plus (not mandatory)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred (not a requirement)

Timings

• Day Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Mode: On-site (Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi)
