Renexus Resources is expanding its International Sales Development team and is looking for a motivated, goal-oriented Global Outreach Specialist to join our office in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. In this role, you will directly support our international expansion efforts by identifying potential clients, initiating meaningful conversations, and generating high-quality leads for our business development pipeline.

Primary Responsibilities

• Client Outreach: Execute focused outbound prospecting campaigns targeting corporate clients across international markets.
• Value Communication: Present the core advantages of our services in a persuasive, business-focused manner to engage decision-makers.
• Lead Screening: Assess and qualify prospects through predefined criteria and secure appointments for the senior sales team.
• Target Achievement: Meet or surpass weekly performance goals for outreach, conversions, and scheduled meetings.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure all interactions, lead updates, and communication details are accurately recorded in the CRM.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong Communicator: Excellent command of spoken and written English for effective global client interaction.
• Early Career Professionals: Fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer engagement are encouraged to apply.
• Professional Presence: Confident, articulate, and persistent in client discussions.
• Fast Learner: Quick to grasp service offerings and thrive in a dynamic, performance-driven atmosphere.
• Tech-Friendly: Prior exposure to CRM platforms or sales software is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Day Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
