Position: Lead Generation Specialist – International Business Development

About the Opportunity

Renexus Resource Group is expanding its global business development operations and is seeking a motivated, research-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our international growth initiatives. Based at our Karachi office, this role centers on identifying qualified prospects, conducting detailed market research, and executing outreach campaigns across various global markets.

This position is especially suitable for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to kickstart their journey in international B2B sales with guided training and clear advancement opportunities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

As a member of our international business development team, your role will focus on building a strong and consistent sales pipeline through structured prospecting and effective engagement:

  • Market Research: Identify potential companies, decision-makers, and promising business segments within assigned regions.
  • Targeted Outreach: Conduct outbound communication via calls, emails, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess prospects based on interest, business potential, and alignment with our solutions.
  • CRM Updates: Maintain well-organized records of interactions, lead status, and ongoing communication history.
  • Sales Support: Prepare detailed lead reports and coordinate with senior sales representatives to ensure smooth handovers.

  • Experience: Exposure to inside sales, telemarketing, or client outreach is a plus—but not a requirement.
  • Education: Minimum Intermediate qualification; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation & Growth

  • Salary: PKR 30,000 – 35,000 (fixed monthly compensation).
  • Training: Comprehensive onboarding, practical sales training, and ongoing mentorship from experienced professionals.

Work Environment

  • Mode: On-site role at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal office.
