We’re now looking for a motivated Cold Caller to join our team and help us expand our client base.

Job Summary:

As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and booking appointments for our sales team. You’ll play a key role in generating leads, building relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound B2B cold calls to business clients in the US market.
• Introduce Think Siera’s services (Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, etc.) in a professional manner.
• Qualify prospects based on their needs and budget. Set up appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM tools.
• Follow up on warm leads and nurture ongoing relationships.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call/appointment targets.
• Provide feedback on call scripts and lead quality to improve performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 Years of experience as a cold caller, telemarketer, or similar sales role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Confident, persuasive, and energetic personality.
• Strong listening skills and ability to handle objections.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and web services is a plus.
