IBSTEC is seeking a motivated and experienced Cold Caller for a Canada-based B2B outbound campaign. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cold calling, excellent English communication, and strong negotiation skills.

This role involves reaching out to potential clients, presenting our services professionally, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to businesses in Canada as per campaign requirements
  • Build rapport and maintain a professional relationship with prospects
  • Present and promote products/services convincingly
  • Handle objections and negotiate deals effectively
  • Update and maintain call records and client information
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling
  • Excellent spoken and listening English (B2 level or higher)
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM)
  • Comfortable working in a B2B sales environment
  • Goal-oriented, motivated, and persistent
