Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Cold Caller to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to international prospects, and supporting the overall sales process to help expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to international clients and present company services effectively.
• Generate and qualify leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Build and nurture relationships through consistent follow-ups and communication.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate and updated client information in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Proven experience in international sales or cold calling, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections effectively.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
• Willingness to work night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM) to match international time zones.
