Job Overview

HitroTech LLC, a U.S.-based IT and Tech company, is hiring an On-Site Cold Calling Agent to contact U.S. homeowners, gather basic property details, and schedule follow-up calls. This is a voice-based role that requires professional communication skills and a strong work ethic. Training and scripts will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S. property owners
• Follow a provided script to collect property information
• Enter and manage data in the CRM
• Schedule callbacks and maintain follow-up tasks
• Meet daily/weekly quality and productivity goals
• Coordinate and communicate with the team effectively

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (spoken + written)
• Confident, organized, and punctual
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM experience is a plus)
• Previous cold calling or customer service experience is preferred
• Must be able to work full-time on-site at our Jauharabad office
