Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Junior Business Development Executive with a proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, along with the confidence to negotiate effectively and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

· Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

· Present and promote company products or services to potential customers.

· Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

· Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation and sales performance.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and B2B/B2C sales.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

· Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a confident, professional approach.

· Self-driven, result-oriented, and motivated to meet targets.

· Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.

· Fluency in English (spoken and written) is preferred.

· Night shift availability is mandatory.
