Cold Calling SDR (Sales Development Representative) – Remote, Night Shift

Divisions: Patients Flow & Rebel Media (within Ahmed Solutions)

Compensation: 50,000 to 70,000 PKR per month (base salary) + performance bonuses

Location: Remote (Pakistan)

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, Night Shift (U.S. hours), full-time

Commitment: Minimum 6–12 month employment expected

About Ahmed Solutions

Ahmed Solutions is a digital marketing and performance advertising agency headquartered in Ireland. We work with two primary client types across our internal divisions:

1. Patients Flow (Healthcare Division) We partner with private medical practices in the United States (primarily chiropractic, pain management, and physical therapy clinics). We support them in generating and scheduling new patient inquiries through paid advertising and structured communication workflows. Our goal is to help clinics grow sustainably through predictable patient flow systems.

2. Rebel Media (E-Commerce Division) We work with e-commerce businesses—particularly home décor and rug store brands—focused on improving revenue consistency and scaling customer acquisition through paid ads and outbound communication strategies.

As an SDR, you may be placed in either division based on campaign requirements and performance fit. There is structured training for whichever division you are assigned to.

Role Purpose

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is responsible for initiating first contact with businesses in the U.S., conducting professional outbound cold calls, identifying interest, and booking scheduled Zoom appointments for our Sales Closer.

This is a high communication and high consistency role. Success depends on your discipline, clarity, follow-up, and comfort speaking with business owners professionally.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Outbound Calling & Engagement

  • Make 150–200 outbound cold calls per day to U.S. businesses (either medical clinics or e-commerce retail stores depending on assignment).
  • Speak with clinic owners, practice managers, or business operators to introduce our solutions.
  • Follow structured conversation scripts while adapting naturally to different responses and personalities.

Appointment Booking & Show-Up Management

  • Schedule qualified appointments with our internal Sales Closer.
  • Send confirmations and reminders to keep the attendance rate strong.
  • Ensure calendars, call schedules, and time zones are managed accurately.

CRM Documentation & Tracking

  • Record all call outcomes, lead statuses, and notes into the CRM (GoHighLevel).
  • Keep records up to date to ensure the entire sales team has clear visibility.
  • Share daily call volume, appointment booked count, and show rate data.

Collaboration & Continuous Development

  • You will be part of a team of 4–5 SDRs, not working alone.
  • Participate in call reviews, communication refinement sessions, and ongoing training.
  • Engage in healthy performance-based competition that helps maintain motivation and momentum.
  • Contribute to a supportive environment where everyone improves together through consistency and shared standards.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

You will be evaluated on the following measurable outcomes:

  • Qualified Appointments Booked: Number of meetings scheduled that meet the defined qualification criteria.
  • Show-Up Rate: Percentage of scheduled appointments that attend the Zoom call with the closer.
  • Daily Call Volume: Consistently making 150–200 outbound calls per day.
  • Follow-Up Consistency: Timely reminders and communication to increase attendance rate.
  • CRM Accuracy: Complete and well-organized documentation of calls, statuses, and lead notes.
  • Professional Communication: Maintaining clarity, composure, and structure in every conversation.

These metrics are reviewed in weekly performance check-ins.

Compensation Structure

  • Base Salary: 50,000 to 70,000 PKR/month (based on communication ability, consistency, and prior experience).
  • Performance Bonuses: Additional compensation is paid when deals originate from your booked appointments.
  • Growth Path (Clear & Structured): SDR → Senior SDR → Closer → Sales Team Lead

Growth is based on consistency, communication quality, daily discipline, and understanding of the client environment—not just call volume.

These must already be in place for onboarding.

Work Schedule

  • Standard shift: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM PKT
  • Start time may range between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM PKT depending on the U.S. time zone being targeted.
  • Total shift length: 9 hours
  • Workdays: Monday to Saturday
  • This is a night shift role. A minimum commitment of 6–12 months is expected.
