Job Overview
We're seeking a collaborating physician to partner with KC Full Circle Midwifery & Family Wellness to enhance maternal health outcomes in the Kansas City area. This role is designed to bridge midwifery and obstetric medicine, ensuring seamless, safe, and empowering care for families. The physician will provide critical backup coverage for C-sections and high-risk scenarios, while supporting midwives in leading care for low-risk pregnancies, labor, and postpartum recovery. Emergencies would be attended by laborists available at the time. Deliveries would be at Advent Health South in Overland Park, KS.

The position emphasizes evidence-based, patient-centered care, professional collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Compensation for this role would be a commission-based revenue-per-birth sharing model.

The ideal candidate is someone looking to supplement their current income or interested in a part-time opportunity.
