Collections Officer- Constructional industry

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Collections Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking outstanding payments, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring timely collection of dues, specifically within the construction or architectural sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on outstanding invoices via calls, emails, and client visits.

Maintain detailed records of collection activities and payment commitments.

Resolve payment disputes and coordinate with internal teams for issue

Ensure collections are aligned with contractual terms and project timelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience in collections, preferably within construction or related industries.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with project-based billing and payment cycles.

Knowledge of UAE collection procedures is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
