The faculty will teach Commerce subjects for Class 11 & 12 (CBSE/State Board) along with CA-CPT / CA Foundation subjects.
The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual command, excellent explanation skills, and the ability to prepare students for both board exams and professional exams (CA Foundation).

Subjects HandledFor Class 11 & 12 Commerce:

  • Accountancy
  • Business Studies (BST)
  • Economics
  • Applied Mathematics (optional)

For CA-CPT / CA Foundation:

  • Principles & Practice of Accounting (PPA)
  • Business Laws & Business Correspondence
  • Business Mathematics, Logical Reasoning & Statistics
  • Business Economics & Business & Commercial Knowledge (BCK)

(Institute may assign one or multiple subjects based on expertise)

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Teaching – Class 11 & 12 Commerce

  • Teach Accounts, Economics, Business Studies as per NCERT syllabus.
  • Explain concepts using practical examples from business and finance.
  • Prepare students for:
  • School exams
  • Board exams (CBSE/ISC/State Board)
  • Conduct regular tests, assignments, and doubt classes.
  • Maintain academic records and performance reports.

B. Teaching – CA Foundation / CA-CPT

  • Teach subjects with ICAI exam-oriented approach.
  • Conduct concept-building sessions + problem-solving sessions.
  • Solve ICAI Module, RTPs, MTPs, and past year papers.
  • Prepare:
  • Topic-wise practice sheets
  • Question banks
  • Mock exams
  • Teach students how to write exams with speed and accuracy.

C. Content Development

  • Prepare notes for:
  • Class 11 & 12 (NCERT-based)
  • CA Foundation (ICAI-based)
  • Create:
  • Formula sheets
  • Revision sheets
  • Practice books
  • Worksheets (MCQs + numericals)
  • Update content regularly as per syllabus or ICAI changes.

D. Student Mentorship

  • Offer personalized doubt sessions.
  • Guide students on study planning and exam strategies.
  • Help commerce students transition smoothly into CA, CS, B.Com, BBA, etc.
  • Provide motivation and academic counselling.

E. Assessment & Evaluation

  • Conduct:
  • Weekly tests
  • Unit tests
  • Pre-board exams
  • CA Foundation mock tests
  • Analyse results and give feedback to improve performance.

4. Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong command over Commerce (Accounts, Economics, BST).
  • Excellent numerical & logical reasoning skills for CA Foundation.
  • Ability to simplify complex accounting & law concepts.
  • Good communication and classroom management skills.
  • Experience with board exam patterns + CA Foundation exam trends.
  • Ability to teach both beginners and advanced learners.
  • Comfortable with digital boards and smart-class tools.

5. Qualification Requirements

  • M.Com, B.Com (Hons), MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CA, CMA, CS preferred.
  • Candidates pursuing CA and cleared Intermediate are also eligible.
  • Strong academic and conceptual background is mandatory.

6. Experience

  • 2–7 years preferred in teaching 11th–12th Commerce and/or CA Foundation.
  • Freshers with strong subject clarity and good demo performance may be considered.
