Role Overview:
As a Commercial Client Solutions Coordinator, you will serve as the sole liaison between CBRE and our clients. Your role will involve managing bid pricing, collaborating with the supply chain, and reporting on sales performance.
Your advanced skills in finance and procurement will be critical in supporting our commercial strategies and meeting client needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact and handling all communication and preparing project proposals.
- Develop and manage bid pricing strategies to deliver competitive and accurate proposals.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize procurement processes and meet client demands.
- Report on sales performance and financial metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create detailed reports, presentations, and analyses
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their expectations.
- Monitor market trends to refine pricing strategies and procurement practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in finance, procurement, and bid pricing.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
