Job Purpose:

To communicate with Sales Team and departments to receive and replay information tasks as required and providing full support to teamwork.


Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains a detailed sales/ tender schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the Sales/project
  • Following up with matters taken up by the Direct Manager from all managers in the department.
  • Coordinating between department staff and the manager.
  • Maintaining confidentiality with all works of the Manager's office.
  • Assisting in administrational tasks and recommends organizational or procedural affecting administrative activities.
  • Gather and prepare information for routine reports.
  • Writing dictated matter and formal correspondence


Qualifications:

Diploma in Business Administration, bachelor's degree is preferable.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration field.
