Commercial Executive - Category: Beauty & Cosmetic (Female Preferred)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Executive – Beauty Category with a strong understanding of beauty trends, e-commerce operations, and category growth. The ideal candidate will manage makeup, haircare, and cosmetics brands focusing on sourcing, sales performance, supplier partnerships, and marketing collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated with global beauty trends, including brands from Sephora, Ulta Beauty, Amazon, and TikTok.
• Build and manage a strong network of local and international suppliers and distributors.
• Source and onboard premium beauty and haircare brands
• Develop and execute local and international sourcing plans, including purchasing from verified and reliable resellers.
• Manage distribution brand performance, sales targets, and sell-through rates.
• Ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and timely stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics teams to secure and maintain stock.
• Partner with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and brand visibility.
• Track key KPIs such as category sales growth, sell-through rate, and stock turnover.
• Analyze market data and consumer insights to guide product selection and portfolio expansion.
• Manage and grow the overall beauty category on TheSkinFit’s online platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain.
• 1–2 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, or e-commerce category roles.
• Understanding of international beauty trends, brands, and sourcing models.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Shopify, or ERP systems.
• Passion for beauty, makeup, and global brand trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
