We’re looking for a skilled Service Technician who can uphold our commitment to precision, punctuality, and excellence.

Perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance on commercial HVAC/R systems (e.g., chillers, rooftop units, VRF systems, large split systems).

Conduct preventive maintenance services and respond to emergency breakdowns in commercial/industrial environments.

Read HVAC/R schematics, wiring diagrams, pneumatic/hydronic controls, and execute system modifications as needed.

Replace components (motors, compressors, control boards, sensors), charge refrigerants, evacuate and refill systems in compliance with applicable codes.

Document service calls: report problems, rectify issues, complete service logs, and communicate professionally with clients.

Adhere to company safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized truck, and ensure all tools are properly maintained.

Build positive customer relationships by representing our service standards and contributing to client satisfaction and retention.

Assist in training or mentoring junior technicians as needed.

Competitive pay: $35–60/hr depending on experience and overtime.

Requirements:
Qualifications

EPA Section 608 certification required for refrigerant handling.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Willingness to undergo a background check.

Minimum 3–5 years of commercial HVAC/R service experience (preferred).

Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and familiarity with commercial HVAC systems.

Comfortable working at heights, on rooftops, in mechanical rooms, and in varying weather/industrial conditions.

Ability to lift up to ~50 lbs regularly and work extended hours if required during emergencies.

Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to interact with clients and colleagues.

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.
