About the job Commercial Kitchen Designer Key Responsibilities

• Create kitchen + laundry + waste equipment layouts & itemized equipment lists
• Develop MEP load schedules & MEP rough in drawings (electrical, plumbing, drainage, gas, and internal walls)
• Attend meetings and present your work to your PM and to external Clients
• Prepare a project tracker that includes the progress + status of the tasks & delivery dates

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Revit, BIM modeling and BIM collaboration
• 2+ years of experience in kitchen planning and laundry layout engineering
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment brands, MEP systems, technical data related to the kitchen, laundry & waste layouts
• Knowledge of basic regulatory requirements
• Proficient in Revit and BIM, knowledgeable about BIM LoDs, BEP, MIDP, etc
• Fluent in English with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
