We are trusted by clients for our sharp advocacy and practical, results-driven solutions in commercial litigation, insurance defense, and general business disputes.As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking an outstanding and driven Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated litigator with at least three years of dedicated commercial litigation experience in New York State and Federal courts. The ideal candidate will be a strong advocate, a strategic thinker, and a team player eager to take on meaningful responsibility and ownership of cases.This position offers:

• Direct client contact and case management responsibility
• Close collaboration and mentorship with experienced partners
• Opportunities to lead matters and gain hands-on courtroom experience from the outset

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and complex briefs
• Conduct in-depth legal research and comprehensive case analysis
• Manage all aspects of discovery, including leading depositions and overseeing document review
• Represent clients effectively in court appearances, hearings, and trials
• Engage directly and professionally with clients, adversaries, and the courts
• Contribute significantly to litigation strategy and overall case development

Qualifications & Requirements

• Admission to the New York Bar (required)
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on commercial litigation experience
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and case management abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters with precision and attention to strict deadlines
