This position works with in-house counsel for the lending divisions, and assists in managing the use of outside legal counsel by individuals throughout the bank as well as drafting complex loan document provisions and bank forms. The position reports to Deputy Counsel and supports operational, corporate and regulatory matters within lending and ensures that loans that are documented externally or internally are documented according to policy and the requirements in the loan approval. The position provides risk assessment and recommendations concerning loans. This position shall have strong knowledge of Bank Loan Policy and assist others internally and externally with compliance with that Loan Policy.

Knowledge of banking and corporate law.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Familiarity with revocable and irrevocable trusts.
