Commercial Manager

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of commercial delivery on a portfolio of prestigious developments, working closely with client-side developers on major hospitality, high-rise, mixed-use, and residential villa projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of multiple projects from inception through completion.
• Develop, review, and maintain project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
• Manage tendering, procurement, and contract award processes.
• Administer contracts (FIDIC or similar), including variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Provide strategic commercial advice and risk assessments to clients.
• Oversee value engineering, cost control, and change management processes.
• Mentor and support junior QS and cost management staff.
• Attend client meetings and present progress, cost updates, and recommendations.

Project Portfolio

Exposure to a range of high-profile developments including:

• Luxury hotels and resort projects
• High-rise towers (residential and commercial)
• Mixed-use masterplans
• High-end villa and residential communities
• F&B hospitality projects

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related field.
• 10 15 years experience in commercial management within a consultancy or developer environment.
• Strong understanding of pre- and post-contract cost management principles.
• Proven ability to lead commercial delivery and manage client relationships.
• Experience across hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• MRICS accreditation preferred.
• Prior experience in the UAE or wider GCC market advantageous.
