Commercial Manager — Supply Chain, Growth & Operations

MENA (Field-intensive role – Dubai / Riyadh preferred)
The Role: Commercial Manager
This is a
frontline leadership role
responsible for building and scaling the company’s supply ecosystem.
You will own the commercial engine end-to-end—supplier development, sourcing strategy, pricing, forecasting, and channel expansion. You’ll operate like a
business owner within the organization
, driving revenue while building efficient operational systems and deep market intelligence.
This is not a desk role. It is field-heavy, execution-driven, and impact-focused.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build & Lead the Supply Network

Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers, refurbishes, distributors, and ecosystem partners.

Actively build and manage relationships across MENA and international markets.

Track market trends, pricing changes, and supply dynamics.

Manage supplier performance and partnerships.
2. Own Sourcing, Pricing & Commercial Strategy

Lead pricing negotiations and category economics.

Drive margin improvement and sourcing optimization.

Build and apply market intelligence to purchasing decisions.
3. Launch & Scale New Revenue Channels

Identify and develop new verticals such as:

SME IT bundles
-
Cross-border sourcing
-
Asset recovery programs
-
Telecom and enterprise partnerships
-
Pilot and scale profitable channels.
4. Improve Operations Through Automation

Review end-to-end workflows from procurement to delivery.

Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.

Collaborate with tech teams to digitize processes.
5. Planning, Forecasting & Reporting

Build forecasts, inventory plans, and category strategies.

Maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.

Lead weekly business reviews.
6. Market Intelligence & Leadership Input

Bring customer and supplier insights into internal discussions.

Influence product and strategy with real-world data.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
-
3–5 years in commercial, sourcing, supply chain, category, or operations roles.
-
Startup or fast-growth experience preferred.
-
E-commerce or devices experience is a bonus.
