Commercial Manager (Listed Company only) with CA

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 Commercial Acumen:

o Manage a turnover of ₹300 Cr+ across pan-India multi-channel distributor operations.

o Optimize commercial operations to achieve business goals effectively.

 Stock Management & Audits:

o Conduct regular stock audits, planning, and gap analysis.

o Create and manage efficient processes for stock movement, in/out documentation from warehouses (W/H).

 Fund Flow Management:

o Oversee daily Fund Flow management, banking, and receivables and payables monitoring.

o Ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation of receivables and payables

o Plan monthly, quarterly and yearly fund flow

 Financial Analysis & Planning:

o Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for each brand for every vertical/ channel

o Calculate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and analyze margins.

o Forecast and manage expenses related to business activities, including travel, Capex.

 Process Optimization:

o Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for commercial activities.

o Ensure cost control across the organization.

 Training & Development:

o Conduct commercial training sessions for teams to improve efficiency and compliance.

 Reporting & IT Interventions:

o Utilize advanced Excel and presentation skills for detailed reporting and data-driven decision-making.

o Leverage IT tools and systems to streamline commercial processes and reporting.

 Expense Management:

o Map and manage expenses related to travel, CapEx for NSOs, and petty cash disbursements.

 Strategic Planning:

o Monitor and control organizational costs while ensuring sustainable growth.

o Collaborate with leadership for expense forecasting aligned with business objectives.

Other Skills

 Proven experience managing commercial operations with a turnover of ₹300 Cr+.

 Strong understanding of stock management, financial planning, and gap analysis.

 Expertise in expense management, cost control, and forecasting.

 Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, and presentation tools.

 Familiarity with IT systems and tools for commercial operations.

 Excellent process development and SOP writing skills.

 Strong interpersonal and training abilities.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
