Process all claims within your delegated authority; Meet, if not exceed, claim deadline as per our service level agreement; Ensure compliance with relevant service agreements and Codes; and Provide exceptional customer service to our clients. About you : Previous claims management experience, ideally some commercial property Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and manage communication effectively.
