Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

A leading Am Law 100 firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its growing New York office. This is a strong opportunity to work at the center of a nationally recognized real estate practice with exposure to complex, cross-border transactions and a direct line to institutional investors, developers, private equity clients, and REITs.

Ideal Background Includes:

• 3–5 years of experience handling commercial real estate matters at a major law firm

• Proven experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and joint ventures

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills across purchase/sale agreements, loan documents, and leases

• Experience reviewing title, survey, environmental, and zoning documentation

• Admission to the New York Bar

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with excellent academic credentials

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to multi-jurisdictional transactions and capital markets structures

• Experience advising on development projects and collaborating with cross-functional legal teams

Compensation:

The estimated base salary range for this position is $215,000 to $310,000 , based on experience. Bonus eligible.
