Simple Title Closing & Escrow is a dynamic and growing real estate closing company offering comprehensive services including purchase and sale reviews, title searches, escrow services, and title insurance. As we expand into new markets, we’re looking for a resourceful and results-driven Marketing Specialist to help elevate our brand, engage our customers, and support our marketing efforts.

About the Role

As a small but growing company, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad assortment of marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. These include but are not limited to social, email, website, print collateral, online and in-person events.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will work in close partnership with Sales and Business Development, to drive order volume through lead generation and referral business, with the specific goals of boosting brand awareness, lead generation, event attendance, and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote our services and events.
  • Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, blog posts, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support lead generation and referral partner engagement.
  • Support the company’s online presence, including website updates, reviews, SEO optimization, and social media strategy.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future efforts.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts for educational events, webinars, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Assist in the selection and implementation of marketing tools and CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, title, or professional services.
  • Ability to independently execute marketing tasks using platforms such as Constant Contact, Canva, HubSpot, and social media tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
