Commercial Specialist

Job Description: Commercial Specialist – Midea Group

Location: Riyadh

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development Support:
• Following up with clients to ensure that payments are flowing in on time.
• Keep track of production and shipment schedule and share forwarder information to facilitate arrangement of shipment.
• Coordinate with the sales team and PD's to ensure order fulfillment and delivery.
• Order Fulfillment from placement to order confirmation, PR, production and shipment. Ensure that the Business meets its requirement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer's and PD's inquiries and provide support for other departments.
• Assist in identifying business growth opportunities and optimizing sales channels.
• Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure products are available in key markets and channels.
• Assist sales team to coordinate with supply chain teams to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and prevent stock-outs or overstock situations.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years in a commercial or sales role, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances.
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, build relationships, and work well in teams with a customer-focused approach.
