The Services Commercial Training Leader is responsible for designing and implementing a best-in-class commercial onboarding and training program to support the Equipment Services Sales team.

This position reports to the Director Commercial Excellence/Senior Director Service Sales and is part of the Equipment Services Product Management team/Service Sales Team located in Marlborough, Massachusetts and is an on-site role.

What you’ll do

  • Develop a successful commercial onboarding program to support new service sales associates

  • Create and sustain a continuing education system for current and future members of the sales team

  • Act on associate feedback and sales data to adapt or introduce supporting sales enablement training to meet strategic objectives

  • Improve global standardization for service sales training to support funnel management KPIs and forecast accuracy

  • Drive commercial success for critical Equipment Service products and initiatives by partnering with the product management team to create and deliver successful sales training

Who you are

  • 3+ years experience in sales, product management, marketing, or a related function

  • Ability to lead through influence in a complex, matrix environment

  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver effective training

  • Data driven approach to continuous process improvement

  • Sales enablement or commercial learning experience

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • A Danaher Business System tool such as Value Selling, Standard Work, PSP, etc.

  • Use of Salesforce.com to drive actionable commercial analytics

  • Adult learning methodologies and/or instructional design

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $135,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
