Job Description:

• Prepare and present cold dishes, salads, and appetizers with precision.
• Ensure freshness and quality of all ingredients used in cold preparations.
• Maintain proper storage and labeling of chilled food items.
• Assist in menu planning and developing new cold dishes.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cold kitchen area.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Adhere to portion control and minimize food waste.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
